By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Vyvra

Vyvra is a womenswear and lifestyle brand offering apparel, subscriptions, and digital community services.

We ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or use certain payment methods.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service where misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue or modify products

  • Correct pricing or description errors

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.

We accept payment via approved methods at checkout, including Klarna, subject to provider approval.

Klarna is a third-party payment provider. Klarna payment options are subject to eligibility, status, and approval.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance

  • A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched

  • We may cancel or refuse orders before dispatch for any valid reason

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Regions

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and vary by region and service selected at checkout.

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruption, customs processing, or force majeure.

Please note that EU orders are currently limited to approximately €178 (including taxes). If no shipping option appears at checkout, please reduce the number of items in your cart.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • Returns are managed via our Returns Portal

  • We prioritise exchanges and store credit for the fastest resolution.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If you are a UK consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund (subject to applicable conditions).

  • EU return terms (including any handling fees) will be published once EU shipping is available.

8. Subscriptions

Apparel Subscriptions

Vyvra offers curated apparel subscriptions billed on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Subscription management (skip, pause, cancel) must be completed through your account by 23:59 (UK time) on the 3rd of each month to apply to the upcoming cycle.

Community Memberships

Digital memberships provide access to content, events, and community features. Access is available only while the membership is active.

We reserve the right to update subscription content, pricing, or benefits. Any material changes will be communicated in advance where required.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full

  • Once dispatched, orders are subject to the Returns Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Where verified, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover all associated return shipping costs.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on vyvra.com, including text, imagery, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Vyvra.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vyvra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Misuse & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms occurs.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable EU data protection regulations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page. The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

EU consumers retain their rights under applicable local consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
