Because Vyvra releases limited drops and curated capsules, our returns process is designed to keep things simple and fair for everyone.
Returns & Exchanges
We want returns to be simple and fair. All returns and exchanges are managed through our Returns Portal.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags attached

Free from marks, odour, deodorant, make-up, or signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Bodysuits can only be returned if tried on with underwear.

EU Handling Fee
For EU returns of non-faulty items, a €5 handling fee applies.
This fee is deducted from your store credit or any refund issued where required by law.
No handling fee applies to faulty or incorrect items.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
Where applicable, refunds under this right are handled manually.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (UK & EU)
If your item is faulty or incorrect:

We cover all return and shipping costs

You may choose a replacement or a refund
Subscription Orders
Non-faulty subscription items are not eligible for return.
Size issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges may be possible depending on the stock.

Returns are inspected within 3–7 business days of receipt.
