Orders & Delivery
Do I need a subscription to shop at Vyvra?
No. All Vyvra pieces can be purchased as one-off orders.
Subscriptions are optional and designed for those who want a more curated, ongoing experience.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days. Next Day delivery options are available at checkout. EU delivery times vary by country, typically 5–8 working days. All EU orders include taxes and duties at checkout, no extra charges on delivery. Please note that EU orders are currently limited to approximately €178 (including taxes). If no shipping option appears at checkout, please reduce the number of items in your cart.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item doesn’t fit?
We offer free exchanges (UK) to help you find the right size or colour.
If you prefer, you can choose store credit with a £5 bonus, valid for 12 months.
Do you offer refunds?
For non-faulty returns, we encourage exchanges or store credit as the fastest option. UK exchanges and store credit returns include a free return label. For EU orders, non-faulty returns are subject to a €5 handling fee, deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs for EU orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How do I start a return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges are managed via our Returns Portal, making the process quick and simple.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before submitting a standard return.
Subscriptions
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You’re always in control.

Skip up to 3 delivery cycles per calendar year

Pause your subscription up to 2 times per year (each pause up to 3 months)

Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
All changes must be made through your account by 23:59 (UK time) on the 3rd of the month to apply to the upcoming cycle.
Payments
Do you offer Klarna?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout and allows you to split your purchase into instalments or pay later, subject to Klarna approval.
If you return an item, your Klarna payment plan will be updated once your return has been processed.
Community
What is the Vyvra Circle?
The Vyvra Circle is our community space for movement, conversation, workshops, and shared growth.
Some features are free, with optional paid tiers offering deeper access to content and experiences.
Is Vyvra only about the gym?
No. Vyvra is about movement as part of an intentional, balanced life, whether that’s in the gym, at home, or in everyday moments.
